Hello and welcome to NDCFIT. My name is René Puglnig
and I founded NDCFIT in 2020 to spread more joy in dancing.
Since my early childhood, dancing has given me balance and pure joy in life. As a rock'n'roller in the Austrian national team, I danced my way into the top ten of the B-class World Cup and celebrated many other dance successes.
Looking back, it is not the successes that have kept me enjoying the sport over the years. It is solely the feeling I get from dancing. The lightness, the carefreeness and the joy that it awakens deep within me.
And that's exactly what I want to pass on with NDCFIT. Anyone can dance. Without any previous knowledge, without a dance partner and without pressure to perform. Because dancing is the joy of life. And that's possible at any age, with any fitness level and from anywhere.
